Each class unfolds in my softly lit, ground-floor studio at Holistic House - a quiet haven in the heart of Skipton, where warmth wraps around you, and the outside world gently falls away.

Welcoming | Come As You Are

  • Sunrise Meditation & Journaling: Tuesdays 8am

    A 40-minute guided class to begin your day with calm, focus, and intention.

    Includes both guided and silent meditation and quiet time for journaling to support mental clarity and presence.

  • Energising Yoga Flow & Meditation: Tuesdays 9.15am

    An energising wake-up call to shift sleepy, stagnant energy, ready to move and groove into your day with focus and calm optimism!

  • Mandala Vinyasa Yoga Flow & Meditation: Tuesdays 5.30pm

    A mixture of dynamic movement, gentle flow and option for free movement.

  • Relax + Unwind Yoga Flow & Meditation: Tuesdays 7pm

    A beautiful end to your Tuesday - a slow vinyasa flow class also incorporating some yin-like postures.

    Ending with a deep relaxation - sometimes a Yoga Nidra where time allows, and an aromatherapy temple massage too if desired too.

  • Worrier To Warrior (Yoga for anxious minds): Wednesdays 6pm

    The focus of this class is not on any ‘diagnosis’ but rather on re-finding the person beneath the diagnosis, and delving into patterns of thought from a yogic and energetic lens, while building up mental and physical strength and resilience.

    This is a safe place for you to just come and ‘be’, just as you are, with people who get it.

  • Guided Meditation & Relaxation: Thursdays 7.30pm

    A deeply restful class, beginning with a guided meditation, finishing with a cell-deep full body relaxation and aromatherapy temple massage if desired (optional).

  • Inner Sanctuary Yoga Flow & Meditation: Saturdays 8am

    Start your weekend with a yoga class that is calm, restorative and gently energising all at once!

  • Slow Soulful Yoga Flow & Meditation: Sundays 10am

    A beautiful calm class blending slow flow vinyasa yoga, meditation, relaxation and yin-like postures.

    In a 4 week on / 2 week off schedule.
