    Awaken with the rising sun and greet your day with presence.
    This 4-week seasonal circle weaves guided meditation, mindful reflection, and simple journaling to help you soften into your day with intention and clarity. A quiet ritual for early risers longing for a peaceful, powerful start.

  • Sunrise Energise: Yoga Flow & Meditation

    Move your body, lift your energy, clear your mind.

    Start your day feeling vibrant and clear. This morning flow weaves breath-led movement with mindful meditation to awaken your body, energise your mind, and set the tone for a calm, focussed day.
    Expect uplifting sequences, gentle strength, and a closing meditation to leave you grounded and ready for the day ahead!

    *This class is not intense power-yoga - it is refreshing, energising and mindful :)

  • Elemental Flow: Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation

    A moving-meditation class inspired by the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether.

    This creative vinyasa yoga class moves you around your mat in a seamless, breath-led sequence inspired by the 5 main elements of nature.

  • Relax + Unwind Yoga Flow & Meditation: Tuesdays 7pm

    A beautiful end to your Tuesday - a slow vinyasa flow class also incorporating some yin-like postures.

    Ending with a deep relaxation - sometimes a Yoga Nidra where time allows, and an aromatherapy temple massage too if desired too.

  • Rest & Restore: Nervous System Yoga & Meditation

    Your weekly ritual to support your nervous system: Perfect for those struggling with burnout, overwhelm or anxiety.

    Give your body and mind the support and rest they crave.
    This gentle class blends slow, mindful yoga, supportive pramayama breathwork, and calming relaxation to soothe your nervous system and release the stress of daily life.

  • Guided Meditation & Relaxation: Thursdays 7.30pm

    A deeply restful class, beginning with a guided meditation, finishing with a cell-deep full body relaxation and aromatherapy temple massage if desired (optional).

  • Inner Sanctuary Yoga Flow & Meditation: Saturdays 8am

    Start your weekend with a yoga class that is calm, restorative and gently energising all at once!

  • Slow Soulful Yoga Flow & Meditation: Sundays 8.30am & 10am

    A beautiful calm class blending slow flow vinyasa yoga, meditation, relaxation and yin-like postures.

    In a 4 week on / 2 week off schedule.
